Branch of a Foreign Company

Licenses under this category are issued to companies incorporated outside the UAE. These entities can retain 100% foreign ownership. However, sales within the UAE must be conducted through a locally registered agent or distributor. Permitted business activities include commercial, industrial/manufacturing, or service-based operations.

Documents Required (to be submitted with the application form):

1. Passport copy of the company manager (valid for at least 6 months)
2. Recent colored photograph of the company manager
3. Visa copy of the company manager
